Dr. Likai Li is a founding partner of Guangsheng & Partners, and also head of the International Trade，M & A and Competition Law Practice Group. Guangsheng & Partners is one of the largest PRC law firms with specialty areas in Private Equity Investment, Securities and Capital Markets, M & A, Anti-dumping and Anti-Trust Review.
Dr. Likai Li began to act for commercial and government clients on anti-dumping and anti-trust actions since 1998. Dr. Likai Li is listed regularly in leading legal directories such as The Guide to the World’s Leading Trade Lawyers “Who’s Who Legal”and “Chambers Global”. He is also active in academia. He teaches as adjunct professor at Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University and also a frequent speaker at specialized industry and international trade forums worldwide, covering topic from competition law to WTO issues in PR China.
Dr. Li created 《LPIC 8 D Model: A Governing Framework》，which is a corporate governance guideline for growth stage companies.
Dr. Li had worked as a government legal counsel in the PRC Ministry of Commerce for many years, in charge of international trade relations. Dr. Li also advised on the legislative group of both PRC anti-dumping law and PRC antitrust law.
Since 1998, Dr. Li has represented numerous prominent PRC domestic and multinational companies both on anti-dumping investigations and antitrust reviews with satisfactory results. Dr. Li has acquired extensive experience in international trade, antitrust review and international Mergers.
Dr. Li obtained his PHD in economics from Queen's University,Canada.
