Guangsheng & Partners International Trade Team welcomes the re-joining of Mr. Aifeng Yao.
Mr. Yao is a lawyer as well as a certified public accountant. He joined Guangsheng & Partners back in 2000 and concentrated in the international trade law for nearly 20 years. He also worked in several top-tier international law firms, such as Coudert Brothers, DLA Piper and Mayer Brown. Mr. Yao has provided legal and accounting services for nearly a hundred companies in antidumping and anti-subsidy investigations initiated in China, the United States, the European Union and other countries, involving steel, chemical, paper, furniture, photovoltaic, tires, foundry, pharmaceutical, textiles and other industries. Mr. Yao is familiar with the antidumping and anti-subsidy procedures in different jurisdictions, as well as the unique dumping margin calculation SAS program used by the US Department of Commerce. He has abundant experiences in guiding companies to respond to such cases in an efficiently and effectively.
