On November 8, 2018, MOFCOM published its final determination on the anti-dumping investigation against Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) originating in Korea and Japan. Dr. Hai Yan in G&P successfully helped a large Korean chemical company (Kumho Petrochemical Co., Ltd) to get the lowest anti-dumping rate in all respondents. Kumho Petrochemical Co., Ltd is one of the largest synthetic rubber manufacturers in the world, and stands at the forefront of material innovation being a global leading petrochemical company.
Since 1996, G&P has represented hundreds of anti-dumping cases and were involved in most PRC anti-dumping cases with better results. The leading partners Dr. Hai Yan and Dr. Likai Li were former officers in MOFCOM and constructively involved in MOFCOM legislations and investigations.
