Dr. Hai Yan Represented A Listed Company in Responding to A Chemical Case in India

On March 31, 2021, India initiated an anti-dumping investigation against rubber chemicals that originating from China. Dr. Hai Yan represented a large listed company and assisted it in the investigation. As the workload is heavy, the team made a comprehensive and strategic plan, which successfully helped the client to fulfill the responding project. The case is still under investigation until this moment.
