Recently, the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association in Beijing officially released the "Chaoyang Lawyer's Foreign-Related Legal Service White Paper" (referred to as the "White Paper") at the Beijing CBD Foreign-Related Legal Service Seminar. Dr. Yan Hai from the Guangsheng Law Firm led the compilation of the compliance section of the "White Paper." Excellent cases in the field of international trade from Guangsheng were selected for the key achievements showcase in the book.
Dr. Yan Hai has been providing foreign-related legal services to large domestic and foreign enterprises for more than ten years, including investment and trade remedies, compliance, and anti-monopoly business. He serves as the Deputy Director of the International Exchange Committee and the Deputy Director of the Legal Management Committee of the Chaoyang Lawyers Association. He is also listed in the lawyer roster of the "Belt and Road" legal service professional talent pool of the Chaoyang Lawyers Association. Dr. Yan has been consistently ranked as a leading lawyer in international rankings such as Chambers, Legal500, and WHO'sWHO Legal for over ten years.
The full text of the "Chaoyang Lawyer's Foreign-Related Legal Service White Paper" is over 100,000 words long, covering case projects from the past 3-5 years and six major foreign-related areas. Several foreign-related lawyers from Beijing participated in the research and writing. The "White Paper" reviews and summarizes the efforts made by Chaoyang lawyers in recent years under the background of the country's high attention to foreign-related legal services. These efforts include building a talent highland for foreign-related legal services, actively conducting international business exchanges and cooperation, and continuously improving the ability of Chaoyang lawyers in foreign-related legal services. The "White Paper" also showcases a series of important achievements made by Chaoyang lawyers in actively participating in the construction of the "Belt and Road," which has promoted the development of foreign-related legal services in Chaoyang District and established a good social and international image for Chaoyang lawyers.
