On November 25, 2019, the US Department of Commerce announced its final determination in the annual review (2017-2018) of Xanthan Gum from China, Dr. Hai Yan represented a well-known producer (Meihua) and got a second final zero anti-dumping duty (after the 2016-2017 annual review). Dr. Hai Yan has achieved more than ten zero duties or non-duty results in outbound and inbound trade remedy cases, as well as many duties around or below 10%.
