On September 3, 2019, the Ministry of Commerce of China announced the final determination of an inbound antidumping investigation on phenol. Guangsheng and Partners represented a major Japanese chemical company responding to this investigation, and successfully reducing the preliminary dumping margin of 81.2% to the final margin of 19.3%.
