The International Trade Team of G&P represents the Chinese industry to respond to the U.S. AD and CVD investigations on Chinese Decorative plastic ribbons –lowest AD and CVD rates for the clients 

On December 27, 2017, according to the petition filed by the U.S. domestic industry, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated an antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CVD) duty investigations on Chinese decorative plastic ribbons (CISPF).  According to the final results announced by the U.S. Department of Commerce on March 13, 2019, both mandatory respondents represented by G&P obtained the lowest rates: in the countervailing-duty investigations, the mandatory respondents represented by G&P law firm obtained the lowest CVD margin (14.27%).  In the antidumping investigations, the dumping margin of G&P client is 70% lower than the other mandatory respondents.  The International Trade Team of G&P will continue to seek remedies to get lower rates through litigations. The above CVD rates could be offset in part for calculating the AD margin.
