Mr. Ge Nan specializes in the legal practice of credit management business, contract law, corporate law and labor law. He is one of the earliest professional lawyers in Chinese credit management area, and has helped multiple large enterprises resolve accounts receivable issues.
As a professional credit management lawyer and the key member of GuangSheng & Partners’ credit management business, Mr. Ge is fully aware of the importance of receivable accounts and credit management for the enterprises. He has been doing research and analysis on the similarities and differences of credit managements of enterprises in all walks of life, and makes tailored program of receivable account’s recycling as well as credit management system for each client. Mr. Ge has been widely recognized and won a good reputation in this area in virtue of his assiduous efforts and great success.
Mr. Ge obtained his LL.B degree from China University of Political Science and Law, his LLM degree in Economic law from Renmin University of China.
