Pkulaw has recently completed the translation of the seventeenth batch of guiding cases of the People's Supreme Court (SPC), which includes a total of five cases on infringement upon the operational rights of passenger tricycles, public security administrative registration, an administrative penalty of road traffic management, administrative compensation for forced demolition of a house, and infringement upon the right to a new plant variety.
