The Translation of the Seventeenth Batch of the SPC's Guiding Cases Available Now!

Pkulaw has recently completed the translation of the seventeenth batch of guiding cases of the People's Supreme Court (SPC), which includes a total of five cases on infringement upon the operational rights of passenger tricycles, public security administrative registration, an administrative penalty of road traffic management, administrative compensation for forced demolition of a house, and infringement upon the right to a new plant variety.

Guiding Case No.88: Zhang Daowen, TaoRen et al. v. People's Government of Jianyang City, Sichuan Province (Case about dispute over infringement upon the operational rights of passenger tricycles)
