Mr. Hou Xiangyu’s main area of practice is litigation and arbitration pertaining to civil and commercial disputes, and corporate affairs relating to enterprise establishment, reforming, restructuring etc.
.
He has provided legal services and litigation assistance for a number of large state-owned enterprises under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and many real estate development enterprises, and accumulated abundant experience in these areas. He also involved in the reform and restructuring of many joint stock enterprises owned by the former Textile Ministry.
Mr. Hou began his practicing career from 1996. Prior to this, he was a lecturer in China University of Political Science and Law from 1985 to 1993, and published many legal writings as a co-author. Mr. Hou obtained his LL.B from China University of Political Science and Law in 1985.
