Lawyer MA Ren was admitted to School of Humanities and Law Northeast University in 1997 and graduated from Northeast University with a Bachelor of Law degree in 2001. He has rich experience in the legal profession.
Lawyer MA Ren has served as a perennial legal consultant to Beijing Tongrentang Group Co., Ltd. and the several subordinate units in China. He was responsible for routine contract review and litigation affairs. The scope covers the protection of registered trademarks, the handling of product quality infringement disputes and labor disputes, equity and asset acquisition investigations, product distribution disputes, etc.
Later, he served as the legal consultant for the China National Arts and Crafts Import and Export Corporation, AVIC International Trade & Economic Development Ltd., AVIC Information (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., and as the perennial legal consultant for China Daheng Group, Inc. Beijing Image Vision Technology Branch, Beijing Zhongguan Megabox Cineplex Co., Ltd., Beijing Panoramic Geographic Books Co., Ltd., etc. He was responsible for the daily contract review, trademark protection, contract dispute litigation, labor dispute settlement, debt settlement, copyright dispute settlement, and participated in the due diligence of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations listing of companies and other matters.
