Ms. Chen Rui specializes in the legal practice of corporate investment, financing and other corporate affairs
Ms. Chen has involved in multiple deals regarding mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, disposal of non-performing assets, corporate restructuring, issuance of new shares, witnessing general meeting of shareholders and drafting various legal documents for joint stock enterprises.
She also has rich experience in litigation and arbitration pertaining to corporate affairs, real estate projects, criminal defense and civil and commercial disputes.
Ms. Chen obtained both her LL.B degree and LL.M degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2001 and 2010 respectively.
